Return Policy

We hope you love your items, but just in case...we got your back!

-Items must be returned in new condition. Tags must be attached and items must be unworn.

-Please email us at shop@pinkpineappleclothing.com to start your return.

-You have 30 days from the day of your delivery to start a return. If it is passed 30 days, we will not accept your return.

-All returns will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your item.

-Please include your name and order number in your return package.

-Customers are responsible for return fees unless the item is being returned for a mistake on our behalf.
