Delivery and Returns

  • We want you to love your clothes! If for any reason you need to return your item, please do so within 14 days.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. There will be a $3 restocking fee for all return items. We do not offer exchanges.
  • Clearance items cannot be returned and will be marked as “all sales final.”
  • Please include your name, order number, e-mail address, and reason for return in your package.
  • All items must be returned new and unworn with all original tags intact.
  • If you receive an item that is defective, or you received the wrong item, we will take full responsibility and make sure you get a new product or full refund.
  • If this does happen, please e-mail pinkpineappleclothingcompany13@gmail.com with an attached picture of the defect or incorrect item, and we will take care of the problem.
